Frequently Asked Questions

How Does the Process Work?

It’s simple! Once you place an order through our website, you will receive a Details Form where you can fill in your order preferences in and supply us with the details for your event. We will then email you a Proof of your designs so that you can see what your invitations will look like. Once you approve your designs, we start printing your invitations! We then assemble your order and post it off to you!


How Long Will My Invitations Take?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed plus shipping time, although it can be as quick as 1-2 weeks. Urgent orders may incur an Express Order Fee.


Do Envelopes Come Included?

Yes! White Premium Envelopes come included with your order (where applicable) and we can order other colours in at an additional cost.


2 Proofs come Included. What does this mean?

If you have ordered Invitations with us, then up to 2 free proofs come included with your order. A Proof is a digital copy of your designs that we send to you before we print your order. This is your chance to preview your invitations and see what they will look like once printed. Only once you have approved your Proof, will we send your order to print. Please have your wedding info ready to go when you order your invitations, as this will help you to get the most out of your Proofs.


Can I have more than 2 Proofs?

Yes! You can have as many Proofs as you like! Due to the time involved in creating your artwork and Proofs, extra ones will incur an artwork fee to help cover the extra time involved.  We will always notify you if all 2 Proofs have been used, and seek your permission before continuing ahead with any extra Proofs.


Do the Proofs mean that I can change my mind on the Design that I chose?

Unfortunately, no. Your Proofs only apply to the design you have chosen as per your order or quote. If you change your mind on what design you would like to use, we are more than happy to accommodate this, but an artwork fee will apply to help cover the extra time involved.


Should I have my wedding info/wording ready?

Yes please! We expect that any written information for your invitations is finalized and ‘ready to go’. This will help you get the most out of your Proofs. Completely changing the information can mean that you may need extra Proofs. For this reason, we recommend locking in details and checking over your written content before placing an order with us, as this will achieve the best results.

If you place an order with us but don’t have your information ready at the time, please supply this to us with ample time before your deadline so that we can complete your order in time. Orders that are left to the last minute can result in unnecessary errors and also not arriving in time before your event. As a guide we recommend allowing at least 2 weeks before your deadline to allow for design, printing and postage of your order. If the details/information for your order is not supplied in time, please note that we cannot offer refunds.


Can I see a Sample before I order?

Yes! We have lovely sample packs available for purchase. They contain a mixture of generic designs so they may not have the exact design you’re after, but are a still great way of seeing our paper stocks and print quality.


What are your Card Stocks?

For our Standard Printing, we have two deluxe arte card stocks to choose from. They are both a brilliant white but vary in texture slightly. One is our smooth card 340gsm, and the other is our fine linen 300gsm. We also have brown recycled kraft card 300gsm available.

For our Foil Printing, we use smooth 340gsm as this delivers the best results with your metallic foiling. Other card stocks can be ordered but may have an additional cost involved.

What Colour Foiling is Available?

We can offer almost any colour in foiling! Our main range includes Gold, Silver, Bronze and Rose Gold. We can also offer other colours such as White, Hot Pink, Emerald Green, Royal Blue, Aqua, Pale Blue, Red and Purple. All the colours are completely metallic and have an amazing shine! All the foil colors are priced the same.


Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes, our minimum order quantity is 30 invitations. For Foil Printing, small print runs can work out fairly pricey. We recommend print runs of 50 or higher to make the pricing more cost efficient. For Wooden Invitations, we recommend print runs of 40 for cost efficiency.


Can You Print on Envelopes?

We cannot print directly onto envelopes, but we do have address labels available, which match your design and come applied to the envelopes for you. They are rectangular in shape, and fold over the edge of the envelope with the sender’s address on the back. The labels would match whichever design you have chosen, and do come included as part of your proofs.


Can I Order Extra Invitations after I have received my Order?

Yes, you can order extra invitations at any time! Please note that for re-orders our minimum print run is 20 at a time (or 30 for foiling). For this reason we strongly recommend ordering some extras at the start when you first place an order with us. 10 extra is usually plenty and you can keep any leftovers as a keepsake for yourselves or to be photographed on the day.
